Our work is participatory, creative and accessible to all

We bring young people together in workshops, on street corners, at community events, on air, in schools, and online to produce content, share music, express opinions, develop creativity, skills, aspirations, confidence and well-being.

A youth-led radio station bringing young people across Torbay together

This two year project used creative music production and broadcasting to engage and inspire disadvantaged and “at risk” children and young people across Torbay.

We work with local community centres and agencies to deliver street-based, outreach, creative music and radio sessions to teenagers.

We use radio and music production to build self-confidence and employability skills in young people

Play By Ear is an early intervention programme working with artists using creative music, radio production and multi-platform broadcasting to engage and inspire disadvantaged and vulnerable children

Early Intervention

RadioAhead

RadioAhead targets vulnerable or disadvantaged Year 6 students from local primary schools ahead of transition to secondary school.

We produced 6 short and inspiring podcasts to help reduce youth loneliness.

We produced and broadcast 60 audio vignettes to support Year 6 students facing the transition to secondary school during the first Covid lockdown.

Hear & Now

Hear and Now brings young and old people together to find, explore and broadcast oral histories at events, festivals, heritage sites, libraries, schools, care homes and community centres in a wide variety of ways.

Drift Away

This creative well-being project worked with a group of 5 yr olds and their parents/carers to improve emotional health and well-being by building self-efficacy, better understanding and expression of emotions and to improve behaviours, including poor sleep patterns.
