We want to offer as many progression routes for young people as possible. Our participants are often ready to develop their skills further, want to create change through social action and are a key ingredient to our success in engaging young people.
We have developed a Level 2 AQA Unit Award in Youth Leadership which supports our young people to be come youth leaders and work for us in the future. We are also able to modify this qualification so that other organisations can benefit so do get in touch if you have any young people who you think might benefit.

- Help to keep young talent in the bay
